You don’t have to wait for Art-A-Whirl to catch some arts in Northeast Minneapolis. NEMAA has an Open Studio and Gallery Tour on the first Thursday of every month. Members open their studios in the Northrup King Building, the Thorp Building, the Grainbelt Bottling House, and the Midwest Felt Building between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. This is a chance to see these artists and their work in a more relaxed atmosphere than Art-A-Whirl.
