The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild’s Autumn Brew Review is Saturday, October 8, from 1-8 pm at Peavey Plaza. Tickets are $25 in advance.

I’ve never done any of the beer or wine tasting events around here, but I did attend the Michigan Brewer’s Guild Fest a couple summers ago and it was fantastic. The trick is to go with friends so you can try each other’s beers and thus sample that many more. I know I had a whole list of beers in my head that I really liked (and by the end of the afternoon I couldn’t remember any of them).
