Well, I'm working on a soundtrack for my life. I've divided each significant period into volumes. I have fond memories of much music and came of age at an awesome time in the history of music but alas, I only included music that I would pay for on each volume. I did include some honorable mentions (and already own CDs with much music on it) but the numbered tracks are the ones I intend to purchase.

This week, I'll share the first volume, which I think may end up being two CDs. :)

Soundtrack of my Life (in progress)

Elementary School (1977-1984)
1. I Can't Go For That - Hall & Oates
2. Do You Really Want to Hurt Me? - Culture Club
3. 99 Luftballons - Nena
4. Automatic - Pointer Sisters
5. Ain't Nobody - Chaka Khan
6. From the Land Down Under - Men at Work
7. Safety Dance - Men Without Hats
8. Centerfold - J. Geils Band
9. Jessie's Girl - Rick Springfield
10. Every Little Thing She Does is Magic (or Don't Stand So Close to Me) - the Police
11. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper
12. Let's Dance - David Bowie
13. Our Lips are Sealed -- The GoGos
14. All Night Long - Lionel Richie
15. Dancing in the Dark - Bruce Springsteen
16. I Love Rock 'n Roll - Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
16. Love is a Battlefield - Pat Benatar
17. Mickey - Toni Basil
19. Don't Stop Til You Get Enough - Michael Jackson
20. Let the Music Play - Shannon
21. I need a Stevie Wonder song

Thriller (album) - Michael Jackson
