Mangled mail!
What the hell happened here? Ripped in half TWICE, chunks missing, missing the right perforated edge and the top/bottom corners… into a total of four pieces, not including the missing parts.
Let’s take it out of the plastic enclosure and look at the back of it.

There’s some inky crap smeared on it! The tape renders the perforated edges useless. At least my PIN wasn’t on one of the chunks that disappeared.
Oh well. It could’ve been worse.

Wow, I think if I were your mail carrier I would have just "lost" thatone. I don’t think I’d have the balls to deliver that to someone.
I see something like that come through the residence hall I work at every few months, not pretty. Someone lost a key that was being mailed to them once.
