I can’t help but wonder what it is that Joel is reading.
A script? Mpls.St.Paul Magazine? Skymall?
I’ll bet it’s Skymall.

You didn’t post asking, but I’m telling you anyway…
This week I listened to Cake’s entire catalog, The Duke Spirit’s Neptune, Deftone’s White Pony, some classic Traffic, Kristoffer Ragnstam’s Sweet Bills and a healthy shuffle dose of the 9343 songs on my pod.

Way to keep me on my toes boss. I’ve been away from the fun tubes since this morning prepping for the most horrifying Halloween
massacreparty, ever. This afternoon, I’ve been listening to 89.3 and working in the yard.

On Tuesday I wrote a music marketing post where I tore up Tool, Cake and Spoon for having names that require them to use the "band" and "music" in their URL because of the commonality of the terms. Later that day I started my calorie-free Cake binge.
I had some friends with a popular local band, Houston, that had to do the same and use "Band" in their name.
Atleast they were cool about it and went with "OneSimpleBand" over HoustonRockBand or something.
