You can forgive plain old white people like me for being confused. Institutional racism is responsible for minority populations traditionally being more risky to lend to and for the fact that minorities still routinely face discrimination in lending even if their credit is on par. It makes me wish I lived in her district just so I could vote against her. — I know, right?
