They've been touting that for years. I expect it's great for people who are upgrading from dial-up and don't know any better or people who are not heavy users. I still think it's a good service to have for those folks and I rather like the idea of internet access as a public utility. Nice how their business service bumps you up from 1.2 Mb to 1.5 Mb.
