		<description>Well that&#039;s disappointing. They&#039;ve been touting that for years.

I expect it&#039;s great for people who are upgrading from dial-up and don&#039;t know any better or people who are not heavy users. I still think it&#039;s a good service to have for those folks and I rather like the idea of internet access as a public utility.

Nice how their business service bumps you up from 1.2 Mb to 1.5 Mb.</description>
