Down the StarTribune.com Rabbit Hole

According to Editor and Publisher:

The Star Tribune in Minneapolis was the number one paper out of the top 30 with the highest average of time spent per person in June at 30:18.

You know why people spend so damn much time on StarTribune.com? Because they can’t fucking figure out where anything is, the search results are abysmal, and then they have to take a five-minute cool-off walk for every one minute spent reading comments.

    A-fucking-men.

Also, the RSS feeds sucks and it’s not uncommon to get shit like this: http://www.startribune.com/25505319.html. [screenshot]

Quality control must not be something they think about.

It’s because all the articles are so annoyingly paginated. Is it so hard just put the whole story on one page? I rarely finish reading anything because I don’t know how many more pages I will need to click through.
