The only reason we have lefse at home is because my girlfriend's parents like to make it. I still have not tried lutefisk. I can't even really fathom it. Maybe I should show up at Ingebretsen's with a video camera and they'll give me a free sample. I'll consider it practice for when I go on Survivor (heh). I've always felt that Minnesota didn't have enough interesting food options like some other states do, but seeing this changed that. We can be just as weird as anyone. I just think it's sad that a lot of of our traditions will be lost with the younger generation. I love me some lutefisk, but not enough to ever prepare it in my own kitchen. Oh well.
