A man leaped to his death from the Lafayette Bridge in downtown St. Paul this morning, landing on Kellogg Blvd. The police investigation closed traffic on U.S. 52 (which has since reopened) and on Kellogg.

Just a couple weeks ago, a woman jumped off the High Bridge into the Mississippi River.
