The Herkimer Turns 8 on the 8th

Herkimer 8th Anniversary

I keep hearing the Herkimer’s beer isn’t that good. I haven’t had anything there that wowed me, but the food is decent (sweet potato fries!) and free internet access doesn’t hurt, either.

I bet most of you will drink anything for $2.25 a pint.

    I do not love The Herk’s beers, but for $2.25, I’ll love them on Saturday! After a few happy hour Bloody Marys, of course.

    Why the hate for the Herkimer beers? I’ve only been there once but found their Alt bier and High Point Dunkel to be quite tasty. And for 2.25 per, I’ll be there on Saturday.

    It’s not hate so much as I’m just really picky about beer. I don’t think it’s bad, it’s just not what I like.
