The Lynx play the Sacramento Monarchs tonight — Friday, July 6th — at 7:00 at Williams Arena. Claim them in the comments! UPDATE: Tickets are claimed!

You may have heard something to the effect of “The Lynx suck” and let me assure you that while their record ain’t spectacular, they are pretty fun to watch. We now have two #1 draft picks on our team — last year’s Rookie of the Year Seimone Augustus and Lindsey Harding — and a whole combo of rookies and vets with a lot of energy and heart. In most of the games they’ve lost, they’ve been pretty dang close.

So this is a great chance to check them out (for free!). Williams Arena is a great place to watch a basketball game. It’ll be a lot louder and cozier than the Target Center.
