I don't know what if anything the metro counties or cities have to say on the topic. 5C 6 seems pretty subjective. Clearly, the answer they're looking for is False but I'd be skeptical towards whatever approach they take to prove it. I cheated. I memorized all the bicycle statutes when I got a bike. It's only like half a page and is mostly internally consistent. 1[A&C]
