Off subject, but there was a point made on MetBlogs using Reason Magazine a while back. It was claimed that the magazine was not political, or that the argument should be divorced from the political intentions of the magazine. Or something.
Anyway, check out a recent Reason comments thread, via Matt Yglesias. You’ll have to click through his site to get to that Reason thread. It made me gag a little, both for the sexist and racist crap on there, and cause MetBlogs was inching toward supporting this magazine and its Coulter-esque trash. Ew.

In case of confusion, I’m talking about editor Michael Young and his fans at Reason who are on display here. It may bill itself as libertarian, but good lordy, he’s supporting this stuff. (Young’s great for Coulterisms like “What is it that has led so many members of the secular political left today to sympathize with Islamist groups, particularly Hezbollah and Hamas?”)
Okay, no more complaining. It’s Easter.
