    Heh. I love what people are able to get away with. IIRC a human evaluates every single one in Minnesota to make sure it’s not offensive and within guidelines. I guess they don’t know everything! Not local, but my friend got “<3 GOATSE” plates… then she got BoingBoing’ed – and then soon after the publicity the DMV sent her a letter saying it was a mistake and it shouldn’t have been approved.
