Ex-St. Paul cop gets 5-years; still has runny nose

clemmie.JPGToday retired St. Paul Police Sgt. Clemmie Tucker (best cop name ever?) was sentenced to 5 years in prison for possession of more than a pound of meth and attemping to retrieve 12 pounds of meth and 22 pounds of cocaine ($4 million street value) from the hollowed-out legs of a table at the Greyhound bus depot in downtown Minneapolis.

Clemmie isn’t doing so hot, according to the Star Tribune today:

“… Tucker leaned on a cane, one arm in a sling. After the sentencing, he told a reporter that he had 12 operations in the past eight months for various physical ailments, and because of disease he will need two new kidneys.”

And here I thought pot was what people used medicinally.

Maybe this guy just couldn’t handle the Sudafed line at his local Target?
