Chasing Windmills

Chasing WindmillsIf you’re not watching Chasing Windmills, you totally should be.

I just hopped on the bandwagon at the beginning of this season, which started a couple months ago, after watching a preview at Minnesota Stories. If you watch that, you’ll know enough to start watching without being too lost.

Lots of local internet famous folks (such as they are), and you’ll clearly recognize the spots around town where they film. Totally addictive and entertaining. Oh, and they won Best Entertainment Vlog at this years Vloggies.

Watch at their website or subscribe to the feed. If you’re really hardcore, read the character’s blogs.

Seriously. Addictive. I challenge you to watch one week’s worth before you judge.

I just got all caught up this weekend, watching like 30 episodes in two days. Such a great story, and so well done!

It is totally well done. There are videoblogs out there where you watch it, and it’s enjoyable, but you can tell it’s home grown, you know? This one obviously is, too, which is part of its appeal (maybe I just think that because it’s local and I recognize things), but it’s a cut above.

I too have been caught up in it.

I’m having trouble with some of the acting from time to time, though.

Aw, thanks Erica, for the CW shout out!

Mark, I will be the first to apologize for my acting skillz. Very few of us on CW are professional actors…the ones who are are obviously fantastic, and there are others who definitely had some hidden talent. For myself, however, I rely on the magic of editing and the goodwill of those who will still like me no matter what.
