the MN Renaissance Festival is still going strong. It’s currently running weekends through October 1, leaving us three more nerdtastic opportunities to indulge in turkey legs, jousting and parading about in tights.

If you think the people watching is good at the State Fair, you have to try the Ren Fest. I went on the Highland Fling day last year and watched the log hurlers — semi-impressive. But Medieval Comedians Puke & Snot are highly recommended.

Wonder if there’s a flash mob set for this year?

Note: all pets must have rabies vaccine before entering. No word on the meerkats.
