Did someone explode?

As I was driving over to a friends house today, I noticed a peculiar amount of litter on 94 eastbound. I saw two shoes, a shirt and some pants strewn all over the freeway. My immediate conclusion is that someone blew up. I only thought this because it made me laugh. On the other hand, it got me thinking. Is it just me, or is there a large amount of trash that has been showing up lately on our highways and roads? I see EVERYTHING laying on the side of the road. I even have seen a frickin’ desk chair!! Do people really loose stuff from the backs of their pick-ups and not notice it? Just curious…

The other day on eastbound 94 I saw a pair of sneakers next to a pair of pants neatly arranged in the breakdown lane.

Since I was sitting in traffic and listening to Rhandi Rhodes is akin to having ones ears filled with fire ants, my mind wandered and came up with a similar, scientific conclusion as your ‘people exploding’ theory.

Aliens are abducting illegal aliens due to a mixup in their universal translators. Since we all know that no clothing will survive the transport process..well..there ya go.

Seriously though, I’ve noticed a whole bunch of really, really shitty pickups loaded to the gills with assorted crap on the highways in the past few weeks and it wouldn’t surprise me if some of them are losing their loads. I don’t know if it’s people moving or there is a huge influx/outflux of people into the Twin Cities or what. All I know is they all need new trucks.

On the Greenway a couple weeks ago, over by the construction at Park, I saw a t-shirt, some shorts, some boxer shorts, and a pair of shoes. It was so weird. Like someone had stopped, stripped down, and then kept on walking.

That’s got to be the funniest post I’ve seen on this site so far!

We were sitting out on the deck the other day and a SUV drove by and threw a bag of garbage out of their window, which hit a parked car and spread all over the road… Sometimes I really wish I could just wish people out of existance.

Always grab the plate if you can on assholes like that and call the cops. It probably won’t do any good but it’s worth a shot. If they really piss you off, tell the cops that you think the guy was drinking…he’ll get stopped right quick.

Nate, that’s such bullshit that your other post was deleted. Did you do it or did the powers that be do it?

It was ultimately I that deleted the post, urgewyrm. I agreed that seen in the wrong context, it could be construed as bitching for no reason. It was something that I felt didn’t need to be a public post and we as a team needed to discuss in private. I think everything is worked out now. Thanks for all your support, though!!

Dude, katie and I were driving and totally saw someone’s towel fall off their trailer on Lyndale!
