Speaking of the Saints and while we’re in the midst baseball season and continuing outdoor Twins stadium angst, who was the genius at Kemps that decided a billboard with a Twins-themed baseball cow standing in front of an open air stadium would resonate with ice cream lovers?

Or are they trying to appeal to those of us who are paying attention to the issue? Regardless, it sure bugs me when I sit in 494 commuting hell and have to stare at it, and I’m not buying it.
