Ticket #2 dismissed

Both tickets have been dismissed, the supervisor of traffic control has verified for the Hearing Officers that it is legal for moped class vehicles to park on the sidewalk, but it turns out that it wasn’t traffic control that was issuing the tickets. It was a full police officer, so now it’s time to educate the police. Good luck to me.
