interior pictures of the new library

The Minneapolis Public Library website has pictures of some of the new construction. It looks pretty cool inside, right now. I can’t wait until May when it opens. Maybe they’ll get everything moved ahead of schedule.

Take a look at the pictures of the 1st Floor information desk and the 3rd Floor Periodicals. Where is that lighting coming from? Is it those squares that are hanging from the ceiling?

    P.S. The light looks to me like it’s *in* the ceiling, above the hanging squares.
