long time that I’ve been gone.

One thing that Europe and Minnesota can go head to head on is road construction. Every drive that should only be a few hours is an extra two because of road construction. The autobahn isn’t nearly what I thought it would be like. People do drive really fast, but it’s really fast for short distances because it’s all two-lane each direction. All of the sudden they slow way down because a truck is passing in the left lane, and they drop from 180km to 100km. If you’re passing, and you don’t get right back over to the right when you’re done, people are on your bumper. Worse drivers than in the TC in some ways, but maybe more skilled.

I’m ready to come back to Minneapolis. It’s been a long trip.
