Old Salzburg actually reminds me a lot of St. Paul…if you repeated St. Paul over and over and over again. I walked along the river, looking up at the castle and the various churches and cathedrals, and was reminded of our very own capital, but just on a grander scale. It’s kind of been the closest to home so far. Makes me a little homesick, but I’m still looking forward to Vienna tomorrow, Bratislava and Prague later in the week and then wrapping up back in Munich. When I get back, maybe I’ll have to get political to get us better transit and bike lanes.
