This heat is rough. I spent some time in Florida and this seems very much like it. Is the humidity like, 186%? This is crazy. I walked into my house today and it was shady and very cool feeling to my body. Then I checked the thermometer in our house and it was 82 degrees…inside!!! That means it had to be significantly hotter outside to feel that much cooler in my 82 degree house. I wish I was more productive and put my A/C unit in my window. Maybe I’ll do that tonight…

For real, dude. My dumb ass decided that I needed to go run 5 miles at noon today. I was okay on the Greenway between Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles where there’s a nice cross breeze, but once I got into Uptown, I was ready to lay down and die underneath Lyndale Ave.
Yeah, my room was a disgusting 86 degrees and sticky the other night. This is character-building weather for sure.
