With all of the hub-bub about the possible Twins “Open Air Stadium”, it’s easy to forget that the cities already have an open air stadium.
Saints Baseball opens on May 20th. Some folks braved the elements last night to watch a preseason loss to Winnipeg.

No matter what the Twins decide to do, nothing will beat the fun of a Saints game. Where else can you go watch pretty good baseball, have a back massage, see someone hanging from a vecro suit, and have entertainment between innings? I had a blast the few times I have been to a game. I see now why tickets are hard to come by…
I was at the Saints game last night in the pouring rain. Although the paper said there were 2,000+ in attendance, it was obvious that was a count of tickets sold for this pre-season game. There were maybe 200 people cheering from under Rainbow Foods ponchos and umbrellas. It was my friend
I’m biased, but grateful for the props to St. Paul Saints Baseball. Tickets are harder to come by once the regular season begins, but there is a Blogger Night on June 13th with plenty of tickets available. I have a link to it on my blog, or you can call the Saints ticket office and order them over the phone!
