I was surprised and pleased to read in the March 2005 issue of Popular Science that based upon thousands of data points in six broad categories, Minneapolis is the “Top Tech City.”

I suppose I never really thought of the “Caution…car approaching” recordings at the exits of parking ramps as high-tech… :^)

Seriously, though, it’s a cool article that may surprise you.
