What a great day for the Minneapolis Metroblog to start! The high temperature was 72F and as we’re moving from late afternoon into the evening, it’s still almost 70. I’m Jason Tucker, and I’ll be blogging to you from the Whittier neighbourhood, just south of downtown Minneapolis. From the street in front of my place, I can see the Wells Fargo Tower (formerly the Norwest Tower) and what was once the tallest building west of Chicago, the Foshay Tower. I’ve lived in Minneapolis and the greater Twin Cities Metro Area for nearly half my life now, and hopefully, you’ll find out some cool stuff about are little piece of earth that you didn’t know before.
